Florida Trip, Our 1st Birthday, Christmas, Uncle Nicky's graduation, snuggle time, play time and our first road trip with Daddy!

Well, we are officially 1!! Mom and dad can not believe it! We are big boys now...taking about 4-5 steps at a time, weighing 23 pounds, and talking like crazy! ( a lot of it is jib er-jab er, but we are adding to our vocabulary weekly). We love to say and wave bye and hi, mama, dada, ball, baby, uh-o, pop-pop, and we try mo mimic words all the time. We are both booming with personality! Ethan just got over a week and a half of runny nose, cough, and bad ear infection and fevers. Eli is starting to show signs of getting what Ethan had. OK, we went to Florida in November. It was a lot of fun. We went boating and played in the pool! We love being outside and in water.
Like mom said, we turned 1 on Dec 7th. We had a mickey mouse party at our house and ALL of the family came to celebrate. It was a lot of fun. We had cake for the first time and loved it! We have mommy's sweet tooth... We loved all of our new toys and clothes..thanks everyone! Then we went on our first road trip with daddy. It was so much fun! We went to Seymour to watch a basketball game. Papaw Shepherd met us there. It was a blast! (mommy went to the mall and dinner with friends). Then uncle Nicky John graduated from I.U. Way to go Nicky! We went to celebrate with him. Since then we have been snuggling at home, it is cold outside, watching Mickey Mouse, playing, exploring, getting into things (like the refrigerator), and growing each day.
We miss those of you we haven't seen in awhile and have enjoyed the holidays with friends and family. We are looking forward to the upcoming year, knowing that it has so much in store for us as we grow and learn. Mom is ready for warm weather so we can get outside and play!
